I had more time on Saturday so I ran the heater, I was able to make it fail, when the thermostat called for heat you could hear the click, usually the fan kicks on immediately, this time you could hear the heater with a slight buzz but no fan.
I pulled the unit out, blew out all dust, removed and replaced all wired connections to clean the contacts, and reassembled. I ran the unit the next 4 hours without any issues. Time will tell but I think it is fixed, it appears just dirty and maybe a bad connection on the wiring, not sure??
