Remove the battery and take it down to be tested and replaced.
While the battery is out check the converter is providing about 13.6 volts.
Good chance you need a new battery and converter.
If you will be plugged in at the destination you could use that battery charger to keep you going through the trip until you figure out the converter. I assume the battery charger is automatic and at least 10 amps.
