Wow quick responses. Thank you. On further investigation, I found the batteries very thirsty. I'm usually pretty good at maintenance but failed on this one. Used 1/2 gallon of distilled water to fill both batteries.
Also tested the cables with the batteries disconnected and plugged in to 115V. Nothing registers on the meter. Looks like the converter is hooped too.
