Help - Plumming

Help, I have a T valve that has gone bad and I have found it but can't seem to get the hose's that are connected apart. I have unscrewed the connector parts but I can't seem to get the hose parts to come loose, any help would be very helpful as we have a trip Thursday coming up as our first trip with our new to us HiLo trailer.

    Slow connection and it took 15-20 seconds to open. Now have more info on plex than I ever thought I'd need.

    Is this pex over a barb? Use a hairdryer to soften the pex a bit.
