T​here should be two battery disconnect switches. One for the house batteries and one for the start battery. Both are usually side by side near the entry door OR on the dash, or could be on the end of the cabinets. Most are labeled. Many have a red light next to them that shows when the batteries are in the loop. But if the man you bought it from never used the disconnect, then why would you suspect that it would be the problem? Had the battery checked by whom? Which battery was checked, house or chassis? Was it in the RV when it was checked? Is it wired correctly? Do any of your 12v lights work in the coach? What happens when you plug into shore power?
