Connect all batteries and clamp on your new meter around the converter lead to the batteries, switching between DC amperage mode and DC voltage mode with the PD converter powered. You will need to allow for the SOC of the set of batteries to determine just where in the charging cycles you should be and how power is being transferred.
As Drew mentions, measure voltage both at the converter outputs and at the batteries to determine how much of a bottleneck your OEM wiring is.
