4655 or even 4645 will run circles around the WFCO. PD is the best converter for smallish wire because you can force boost mode. With 22' of #8 consider a 9260 deck mount and use it as a portable charger.
Vabs = Absorption voltage. This is the voltage cap of the charging source that continues several hours before full charge and dropping the float.
