Have you checked the circuit breaker and fuses in the inverter?
Fuses protect the inverter from overload, but for charging the batteries.
Check the input to the converter if equipped and the inverter for 120 volt power.
Check the 12 volt DC output from the converter if equipped and the inverter if it is an inverter/charger.
Use the meter. Outputs should be a little above 13 volts DC.
