Been there done that. And real sorry to tell you that:
If you plugged into a 220 outlet you HAVE fried wires, appliances, etc in the MH.
Yes I still had lights and somethings worked others didn't, but down the line more and more fried things started to show up also.
For instance the converter did work, BUT it was unknown to me frying the batteries because one capacitor was blown inside and it couldn't regulate itself sometimes spiking the volts to battery. Low 12v output and ac wouldn't come back on after starting nor the fridge.
Weeks later I started smelling wires burning. come to find out the GFI wires had taken a hit. Outlet still worked but wires kept slowing arching till they caught fire BEHIND the wall. Same with the micro faceplate of outlet looked fine, micro was cooked and closer look behind the wall the wires to outlet were all burned.
It's endless the damage that can be done by 220. It's not black and white, or right here and now.
IMHO I would call a local RV mobile Repair guy to come out and look your MH over. They KNOW and have had plenty experience regarding this. AND know where and how to test everything to make sure it is safe for you and your family. Call a local CG and aske who they use for RV mobile Repair.
Best of luck. I hope the damage is minimal.
