HELP CLASS B SHORE POWER ISSUE 220/110

Thanks for the kind words midnight i'm trying. Ok guys I have 12.10 at both of my blue top batteries, regardless of if the shore power is plugged in or not. As far as the ac in and ac out of the inverter im a little freaked to check it because i pulled the panel and its 2 green 2 white and 2 black taped together on each side. I stuck a little "pen" tester on there to see if it is hot and it is going in and out, but im not sure how do i test the voltage going in and out of the inverter? I have pictures if someone can explain to me how this ancient picture uploader works :)
thanks again im seeing why people love and get addicted to forums! I was so gutted and i still am but somehow now i feel like im also learning some necessities about my new little home.
