I looked up the manual for Heart Interface Freedom Model 10 Inverter/Charger. Is that what you have?
This stuff is above my pay grade. All we have is a simple Converter/Charger, but best I could tell, the Model 10 doesn't incorporate any input voltage protection. It Does seem to have an input circuit breaker.
Have you found the breaker that feeds the device, and any breakers that are part of it?
