thats funny a tech is booked till feb he doesnt want the call.
if its a converter you need all it does is 12 volt an inverter takes 12 volt to 110.I dought you have a inverter in that trailer.
If it is set up for a generator more than likely the auto transformer switch
but if you do i would look at the batteries and make sure the reset button is pushed or the breakers on it are on.
