You need some help from someone that is conversant with electrical systems and maybe RV systems, too. There is a totally logical troubleshooting schedule for finding the fault in the 120V system and you don't seem to have a handle on it. I don't know whether I should post it up here or not because 120V can cause some hurt and I don't know the caliber of the folks that are working on your electrical systems.
All right, proceed at your own risk---Have in hand a multimeter that will measure AC volts. Measure voltage at source receptacle. Measure across neutral to ground and observe voltage. If using an extension cord, measure for voltage at female end and also neutral to ground. Analysis here.
If all is good, remove panel from load center and confirm that voltage is present on all breaker (+) phase and all neutrals and grounds are tight on lug bars and that ground is NOT bonded to neutral.
Measure voltage present on input to Freedom inverter charger. Measure voltage present on output of Freedom inverter/charger. If no voltage is present on breakers (+) phase and no voltage is present on Freedom output, the problem is with the internal transfer switch of the Freedom. Download the manual and follow the troubleshooting procedure for the Freedom.
If voltage is present to circuit breakers and present on output of Freedom, check inside and outside of RV for a tripped GFCI receptacle. This is a common occurrence and will appear as no power to the RV.
Good luck and be careful.
