Help: initial charge on new Crown 330ah batteries

Mex I do have a 15a charger. It's a Stanley but its full auto. No manual setting. I have it on the batteries right now and it's showing 7.1 amps and 14.53 volts.

I left this charger on them all last night and it never went to 100%. It tops out at about 80-85% charged.
