FWIW that coffee maker is pushing the costs on the whole project,all for 6 minutes a day. Is there a suitable substitute that uses 12v or LP?
As said, if you want to power 1500 watts, you'll need a big inverter (and not a cheap one) and more batteries. Also, 8 feet of 0 awg is too thin for 1500 watts. I use 0000awg ("four-ought") and I still see a voltage drop.
My advice: Get a nice little inverter that will run your fridge on the road (and you'll only need 2 batts), and figure out something else for your coffee maker.
