I' suggest to get a Mellita or a french press and forget about the Keurig. You will have a lot of expense and trouble with a high wattage device like the Keurig. Of course, it's your life and taste buds involved so if you want to go forward, you'll need a 2000W inverter and some really heavy cabling, along with the correct fuse to make it work. Anything over 6' of DC cabling to locate the inverter and you will be loooking at 4/0 wire for the inverter. I'd suggest to steer clear of HF and cheaper inverters. Quality comes at a cost for inverters. I'm having good luck with a Xantex Prowatt 1000.
