Hi - I have an 03C190P. Where is your propane fill? Mine is in the middle of the rear bumper - which sounds similar to yours. Some propane fill stations balk at this location, but only once in many years/miles of travel have I encountered a fill station that could not fit to fill the onboard tank. You may just need to find a different fill station. However, based on the year of your RT, it IS possible, if your fill location is the same as mine, that the fiberglass bumper cover might have shifted enough to prevent the fill from fitting correctly. If that is the issue, try a body shop to adjust the bumper cover. ST
