Hmm... I went to a few "expert" sites and they ALL said that "diode" was the way to go. That a "relay" will allow the house battery to drain my engine battery. I even read stories of people in RV's that had relay where it drained their engine battery and they got stranded. They all said to FOR SURE go diode.
But I have no idea what kind I have now? Is it a "relay"? And does that mean I have a switch somehwre?
