HELP Sprinter Battery
I tried to unlock 2008 Sprinter door and it wouldn't open. I then used the key to open door. I tried the key in the ignition and it would NOT turn. I checked battery voltage and it was nearly DEAD....

Stupid me---------did not have positive cable making contact with the emergency LUG under sprinter hood. Only one side of positive jumper clamp is hot and it was hung on the PLASTIC Lug protector. The cold side was on the lug.:o
I have it charging properly now.

Still reading around 5 volts at the sprinter battery Charger didn't seem to help.
Dual battery diesel pickup hooked with cables. Cables making good contact and showing 13.8 volts but the sprinter battery only reads 5 volts.
I'm not sure how the MH battery disconnect switch works but the green light beside it glows regardless of switch position. Switch is a momentary and returns (Spring loaded).
Ignition key will not turn to either ON or Start position.
