Help to trouble shoot stair chair
I replaced the two 12V batteries in my stair chair. I've done this before with no problems. Today I replaced the batteries again and now it doesn't work. This is what I did to try to find any problem...

The inverter I guess is what I called a step down transformer. The wire harness is wire tied together with two hots and two grounds to push onto the batteries.
