HELP!...What can I do to keep fridge cold and food safe?

I did some research on this topic and just finished installing a fan at the rear of the fridge to keep air moving on hot days;we had problems with keeping things cold on really hot days. It's supposed to help - we'll see on our next trip. I did find that with the outside vent cover on, there was a noticeable air movement through the vents. I think Valterra makes it. I did not use their mounting hardware as it seemed to "flimsy".
