HELP!...What can I do to keep fridge cold and food safe?

I have posted a couple of threads on the subject on how to improve cooling. However, I am going on a week long trip next week into some HOT weather (100F PLUS) and need to keep food at a safe lev...

Freeze some bottles of water at home and stash them in the fridge and some in the freezer. Replace the ones in the fridge as they thaw. Also stay out of the fridge as much as possible.
