HELP!...What can I do to keep fridge cold and food safe?

Have you tried adjusting the thermostat and/or running it on propane?

Sometimes, the propane will cool the fridge better than the electric. And if you're only 3 degrees above your target, adjusting the thermostat just might get you back within safe levels.
