HELP!...What can I do to keep fridge cold and food safe?

From your other posts you already know what the issue is........

RV MFG. FAILED when they installed your fridge....too wide of clearances between backwall and cooling unit.

You have the 'installation' manual from Norcold and know you need to tighten the clearances up by using baffles to direct/improve natural draft and that external fans would help.

Until you take those measures your fridge is handicapped from poor installation by RV MFG.

Upcoming trip.......large coolers, lots of ICE
