HELP!...What can I do to keep fridge cold and food safe?

I have posted a couple of threads on the subject on how to improve cooling. However, I am going on a week long trip next week into some HOT weather (100F PLUS) and need to keep food at a safe lev...

Adjust the temperature to the coldest setting.
Get all food cold for 24 hours before your trip.
No casual browsing like at home.
From 10a to 10p know what you want before you open the door.
Use a cooler and ice from the store to chill and keep drinks cold.
