RV MFG. FAILED when they installed your fridge....too wide of clearances between backwall and cooling unit.
You have the 'installation' manual from Norcold and know you need to tighten the clearances up by using baffles to direct/improve natural draft and that external fans would help.
Until you take those measures your fridge is handicapped from poor installation by RV MFG.

I have helped many customers and friends with this very information. Correct the poor installation and most of the time the cooling problem goes away. Quit patching the problem and do a proper
