The largest lesson in this is to have a functioning battery and a converter that is charging the battery. So far, I don't believe you've measured the converter's output (maybe I missed it).
Haven't figured out where the converter is yet. Been reading through a bunch of info and poking around my rig - still haven't found it.

To have the starting battery fail, as well, means that there is probably no isolation between house and chassis battery. Something is drawing current from that circuit and the fridge would be one. It needs 12V to operate. You also have other parasitic draws like alarms and circuit boards, radio memory, etc. Has anyone used the lights? Are they LED or incandescent?
If plugged into 120V shore power, you should have the converter charging the battery and more than enough 12V power.

That's what I'm thinking. That's why Joe's previous post is beginning to make sense... if the converter is bad I think that would coincide with all the symptoms. Am I right?
Found an interesting post in another forum. Now I'm thoroughly confused with the introduction of this to the topic. (Maybe I should just chuck the tools and drop it at the shop, hand them my wallet, and take a siesta :)
We Keep the 05 Dolphin on shore power in the back yard and I've learned the hard way that I MUST USE THE BATTERY DISCONNECT SWITCH to disconnect the 12V system. If I do not, sooner or later I will find the Xantrex inverter/charger in an "Inverter Overlaod Shutdown" which WILL also cause the house batteries to become discharged.
The Battery Disconnect switch is there for a reason... Use it.
The previous owner also had a chasis battery disconnect switch installed on the wall inside the bay with the AC/DC controlers and the inverter/charger. In a thread last year I asked if anyone knew what it was and as per usual, someone here did. Here: http://www.irv2.com/forums/f105/auxiliary-battery-disconnect-switch-112597.html
