Thanks for all the help everyone... I figured it out.
I had two problems:
1. The Battery Isolator was bad. I replaced it and upon inspection of the circuit board I saw a very faint carbon scar on one of the components... took it to a friend who works on circuit boards and he tested it... bad.
- charged the battery back up. Measured 13.5v. House batteries the same.
- with the refrigerator and entry step off... no change.
- With the Refrigerator on and entry step off there was no change.
- Then I turned the refrigerator back off and the entry step on... 2 hours later there was a voltage drop on the starting battery. THAT was what was draining the battery. On my RV, the entry step switch is connected to the starting battery.
