It worked great a week ago now all the sudden it doesn't.The fan turns on and the furnace will light but then it will shut down. Does it 3 times then will shut itself off eventually. I don't see any codes. It already has the dinosaur board in it. As it lights the little bulb turns red but when it shuts off its green. For the little amount of time the flame runs it still sounds like its clicking trying to start. Atwood told me to replace the electrode which is also the flame sensing and I did. Still same problem. I have seen tons of forums of people with the same issue but rarely a solution is posted. Any help on this thing? Im in desperate need guys I hope you can help. How do I do that? I installed brand new one this evening. Same result

My guess is it's a propane delivery problem. light the oven and turn it on high heat. Light all the burners on top of the stove. If they go substantially down, you probably need to have the propane system looked at. Could be low tanks or a regulator that's going wacky.

Put a manometer on the system and check the LPG pressure.

Well the suspect list:The control board (Dino boards can fail not often but they can fail)The flame sensorThe burner orifice (not letting enough gas passThe Burner air/fuel adjustment door (not burning hot enough due to bad mix)The Propane supply (Out of gas, bad regulator, pinched line).No particular order to this list (Though it appears I worked backward from the control board)

Check the owner's manual for correct spacing of the ignitor/flame sensor. It should be about 1/8 inch.
Check the gas valve coils for continuity. Both coils should read almost the same.
Call Dinosaur Electronics for help. The Boss answers the phone. He is a NASA engineer.

have not tested the gas system yet I guess but I don't have a manometer. However the propane is getting the the refer and stove just fine. The stove flames look great and I don't suspect that being the issue. I can switch tanks again when I get home but I have done one switch already. Any more ideas would be great!

And I did check the spacing on the flame sensor and also installed new as it is a part of the electrode.

Check and clean the orifice.

Control Board is what caused our furnace to do that. Replaced with the Dinosaur board. Worked great after that.
