Help with picking out components, and do I need solar.

Do I need solar? I’m up grading and setting up the trailer for long term dry camping. I’m installing a Honda 3000i generator onto the tongue of my Nash 17K. I’ve also decided to add lithium batter...

Solar? Do you boondock a lot?
Are you parking in full sun or shade?
How much power do you actually need a day?
Wants and needs often are not compatible.
On a 17K your available roof space not blocked by something is going to be very limited. You will be lucky to have roof space for one 120 watt panel.
