Help with picking out components, and do I need solar.

Do I need solar? I’m up grading and setting up the trailer for long term dry camping. I’m installing a Honda 3000i generator onto the tongue of my Nash 17K. I’ve also decided to add lithium batter...

So usual loads will be watching TV for a few hours at night, running the heater when necessary, and hopefully heating up coffee in the microwave.
We dry camp a lot, park where we can, usually can find a sunny spot. I was on the roof yesterday and could easily fit 2, maybe 3 100W panels the same size my neighbor has, about 2'X4'.
Might need to remove the roof rack on the 17K to fit 3 panels.
