Help with picking out components, and do I need solar.

Do I need solar? I’m up grading and setting up the trailer for long term dry camping. I’m installing a Honda 3000i generator onto the tongue of my Nash 17K. I’ve also decided to add lithium batter...

Generator is a EU3000isA and I already own it so its getting mounted.
Mounting 2 100 W panels on the roof and wiring in a connection for future portable panels sounds like a good thing to do.
I saw this kit on the battle born site, very pricey, but good stuff?
