If you can get to 80 amp-hours of recharging per day, that works out to just 960 watt-hours.
The fridge running on propane may use about 1/3 of that.
If you go with just 200 watts of panels then the maximum harvest under totally perfect conditions would be 800 watt-hours. I do not think that is likely.
500 watt hours (after the fridge consumption) means being ultra careful with power use.
