We replaced our Hercules last fall. The were 235 80R16's. Previous owner had purchased these after stock tires had failed. He had one of the Hercules blow out on him just before we purchased. We had one blow out last fall. That said, they had 5 years on them. So I'm not really giving them a bad review.
We went with the heavier commercial grade 16 plys. Marginally more money, but you also need 110 psi rated rims. These seem to run much cooler.
