Hercules is a US company that started in Ohio in the 1950's, it's world HQ is still in Findlay OH.
Sure they make some tires overseas, but I challenge you to find a company that doesn't.
I don't care where someone claims a corporations is "from." Where a company is headquartered tells you nothing about its products. Companies choose their headquarters based on tax treatment. Many good companies choose not to be headquartered in the United States.
Hercules trailer tires are made in China. Chinese tires are trash. Like I said, look at the Goodyear Endurance. I believe they are the only trailer tires not made in China. There may be a Korean tire or two on the market somewhere.
There are good LT tires made in the US and Canada as well. Just say no to Chinese trailer tires. If an RV tire blows up, you're going to be replacing more than just the tire. If it was a metal car trailer, cheap tires are fine as long as you have a spare. On an RV, no Chinese tires regardless of reviews or what people say--the worst thing about Chinese products is quality control.
