If this actually worked car makers would be doing it.

it may work for some small niche applications but also carries risk, and probably needs constant fiddling.
pretty sure mythbusters tried HHO injection among other various gases, and didn't measure any improvement
easiest way to improve mpg's is with the right foot, it is proven that lower speeds = greater mileage.
Mythbusters tried to run a car solely off a HHO generator using plans bought off the Internet (you know it MUST be good AND WORKS if published on the Internet :S )..
It DIDN'T WORK (go figure :h )!
The HHO generator could simply not make enough fast enough to even get the engine to cough.
The conclusion is that the myth was BUSTED.
They DID try a Hydrogen cylinder and used a hose to feed the carb.. That did get some "action" in a HUGE BACKFIRE :E
Pretty stupid to play with very volatile gasses and for what, risk your life?
HHO conversions use a lot of energy, there is no "improvement" in gas mileage to be had.
If gas mileage is your issue, then you might consider getting out of the RV scene.. It is what it is, you are towing in effect a huge cement block and they are not light nor aerodynamic..
Best thing to do is SLOW DOWN, second is take as little as possible (IE lighten the load), third is FORGET about saving money and go camping..
