well, water is produced when burning any hydrocarbon fuel. e.g. fuels containing hydrogen. These fuels also usually have carbon as well, pure hydrogen an exception. The byproducts of combustion are water and C02, water from the hydrogen combining with oxygen, CO2 from the carbon combining with oxygen.
This covers many fuels, but an exception is buring wood, coal, fiber etc. which is carbon based. byproduct of combustion is CO2. the only water vapor comes from water already i the fuel and any minor amount of hydrogen that may be in the fuel.
