High Point Microwave Warranty Card

The ONLY way you will get warranty on a High Point is thru the manufacturer of your RV. The High Point and Dometic type CHEAP Microwaves are not worth fixing and they are replaced when they malfunction under warranty. We cut the power cords off defective ones and throw them in the trash once we receive the replacement. Doug

Thanks for the replies, I guess I will just forget about it and count on Jayco and the dealer for help if it blows up.

I'd not bother. If I would, I'd register online. Most of those warranty cards are just surveys asking for info to use for marketing purposes.

Moved from 5th wheels to tech issues.

IMHO, filling out those warranty cards isn't worth the stamps it takes to mail them. Filling out the card is not required to ensure coverage under the warranty (it was expressly forbidden by the Moss-Magnuson Warranty Act) and doesn't relieve you of the responsibility of keeping a proof of purchase receipt so you can prove when you bought it. For the most part, the cards just provide the companies with marketing data about you unless you are careful not to give them any.
