The #10 it's like 30' run, so 60' total, a Voltage drop calculator says at 14 amp, from 13 volt should have a 1.7v drop..
Consider a direct frame connection close to the motor with some of that bonding paste.
From the switch to motor, the wire change polarity depending if going forward or reverse, so definitely no bounding to frame.
As far as Battery connection to converter I upgraded with #4 8"long positive and negative.
The slide use the only 30amp fuse at the bottom.
