@BFL13 I ended up checking every connection, found some that was not perfect , I cut and skinned a bunch of them, Found the Negative buss-bar for the panel hiding underneath it, moved it for easy access.
Here it can be seen the wire is notch and missing 1/3. Half of all connection in the trailer is like that. Copper when it's "Scratch" will break over time and vibration.

And here Moved the Buss-Bar and redid the connection.

After that it did help !!! :)
The voltage only drops to 11.3 from 13v. That's 0.5v better.
The motor does sounds better :)
And in my trailer the frame is not used as a path for the Negative, between panel, switch and motor.
