Honda 2000 generator Fast Idle mode for Eco-ON extra Power

My Honda 2000 generator started up cold then Eco Switched On will start my Whynter 11kBTU portable AC after the AC's 3 minuted compressor start delay. When the AC cycles off, then tries to cycle back...

My eu2000i runs at the same no-load speed, hot or cold, with eco on. The idle speed is 3,000 RPM, controlled by the computer. Eco off raises the idle speed to 4,300 vs. the maximum engine speed of 5,000 RPM.
