Honda 2000 generator Fast Idle mode for Eco-ON extra Power

My Honda 2000 generator started up cold then Eco Switched On will start my Whynter 11kBTU portable AC after the AC's 3 minuted compressor start delay. When the AC cycles off, then tries to cycle back...

Here's an idea for a simple fix.
Turn the T stat all the way down so that the AC will not cycle off. Regulate the inside temps by opening the windows and vents.

Here in AZ, we really don't have to open anything as the AC has to run all the time anyway.
