Honda 2000 generator Fast Idle mode for Eco-ON extra Power

My Honda 2000 generator started up cold then Eco Switched On will start my Whynter 11kBTU portable AC after the AC's 3 minuted compressor start delay. When the AC cycles off, then tries to cycle back...

FYI I have the Honda EB2000i, the one without Parallel Capability, but has GFCI for my business' OSHA compliance....like the difficult to use 5 Gallon Safety Cans.
