Honda 2000 generator Fast Idle mode for Eco-ON extra Power

My Honda 2000 generator started up cold then Eco Switched On will start my Whynter 11kBTU portable AC after the AC's 3 minuted compressor start delay. When the AC cycles off, then tries to cycle back...

Im abandoning the generator modification ideas and proceeding with the Time Delay Relay AC mod instead. Wwest please advise if you have shared this idea on another thread and share a link, if not, should start a new thread and I will contribute pics and brief write-up.
