Do you guys think a Honda 2000 will run a portable air conditioner 11,000 BTU?

X2. Years ago, as a test, I used my EU2000 to run my 13.5K AC. Yes, it did start and run it, but it screamed at wide open throttle. I did not like the result and don't recommend 2000 watt gennys to run ACs.
