Honda 2000

Do you guys think a Honda 2000 will run a portable air conditioner 11,000 BTU?

My single Honda EU2000i would start my 13.5 BTU at 200 ft above sea level. It would not at 2k feet above sea level.

I ended up buying a 2nd 2000i and now have no problems.
