Honda 2000i where will oil go if i flip it over?

When I run a Honda 2000i out of gas there is still about 3/8 of inch left in gas tank. I got out all I could out with a turkey baster. If I tip it over to empty out all the gas where will oil go and ...

Why do you need to remove all the gas from the tank? If you run it out of gas the carb is empty, or you could just start it every few months.
