I'm going to assume that you aren't adding the starter kit just to start this engine. It's only 5 HP or so and if it starts like typical Honda engines of this size, it isn't needed.
The coil included in the kit is only enough current to keep the engine running and a small bit of extra current to charge the battery. It's not sized or designed to power any auxiliary 12V devices. Any added coils that are powered by the flywheel magnet will be similar in output.
If you attached a series of magnets on the flywheel and surrounded that with a series of wound coils (in effect making a stator/generator), I think you'd be pretty disappointed with the output.
Like Gdetrailer recommends, using a car alternator will net you a few amps but don't expect big power from the combination.
