Oil is filled to the top and fresh gas. I just found an electrical schematic online. I will do another test to confirm.
With the connector connected, I get 1s of spark and then no more which at the same time the oil alert LED flash/blinks. With the connector disconnected, there NO spark at all.
With the schematic, I noticed that the yelllow wire is for the oil alert and the black wire is the ground for the spark plug. No wonder I get no spark when disconnected the connector, I disconnected the spark plug ground.
I'll try to just disconnect just the yellow(oil alert) on the engine side, not the connector near the batt.
