I assume your RV is set up for 240 volt 50 HZ
50 amp sites in the US are 240 volt 60 HZ
I do not know if the 10 HZ will make a difference but you can indeed make an adapter to make it fit.. I will tell you how.
Bring an outlet with you that you can plug into.. This is important because it will be easier to get one there than here
Get a 50 amp male pigtail from an RV dealer or Camping World here
You use the red wire, the black wire and safety ground is the green wire, cut and tape off the white wire.. That simple (Assumes you have basic electrical knowledge)
and that's it.
Clocks and timers may run fast.. televisons likely will not work,, Most everything else will.
BUT, before you come over, contact the manufacture of your 240 volt appliances, including the converter, to make sure they will be OK with sixty Hertz power.
If you are on a 30 amp site.. Well they do make transformers, but they are both heavy and expensive.
